Returns are completely complimentary, and to initiate a return, please access your account. If your pin code falls within our serviceable areas, you can raise a return request and our team will schedule a pickup within 4 to 5 business days. If your pin code is not within our serviceable areas, request you to dispatch the item to the address indicated on the delivery slip. For non-serviceable pin codes, please note that you will incur courier charges, and refunds will be limited to a maximum of INR 200.
