You can raise a return request for the product you wish to return from the entire order.
- Please go to the orders and returns section on the Decathlon App/Website,
- Go to the order you want to return items from
- Select the item you wish to return, and update the reason for the return.
In case you wish to return the online order in-store, visit your nearest Decathlon store and provide the order ID along with the product to the store representative. Post verification, the store representative shall raise a refund request which will be reflected in your bank account within the next 10 working days.
Note: The product should be unused and in original and resalable condition. Returns are subject to Decathlon and approval can be rejected if the product does not meet our return quality standards.
Clearance and Discounted product purchases cannot be returned or replaced.
