Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has been accepted and received by Decathlon. An email confirmation/SMS will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
For both purchases, pickup from store and home delivery orders, you will receive a refund via the original method of payment or gift card, whichever you opt for.
