TRACKING A RESERVE AND COLLECT ORDER:
 

1. Upon confirmation, you will receive a "READY TO COLLECT" notification via email and SMS within 2 hours.
2. Visit the designated store after receiving the notification, present your order ID to the store representative, and address any inquiries directly with the store. For assistance, click here.

PLEASE NOTE: If the reserved items are unavailable in-store, your Reserve and Collect order seamlessly converts to a 'Click and Collect' order. This order is dispatched from our warehouse and typically takes 6-7 days to reach the store. Once the items are ready, you'll receive a "READY TO COLLECT" notification via email and SMS. Subsequently, visit the store to collect your order.
